It is quiet, peaceful, and very convenient.

Its like living in a resort.

Edgewater is convenient to my work, shopping, restaurants and the movies. Creve Coeur Lake is minutes away as well. Like most rental places, parking can be an issue, but that's to be expected. However, that being said, I find it very relaxing to sit on my patio during the warmer weather with a good book and the sound of the fountain in the background. The lake is very relaxing at night and was one of the things that make me choose Edgewater as a place to stay, convenience to work being the other. While no place is perfect, I have found the Office Staff to be very accommodating and pleasant when I have called for maintenance. The service was always performed in a very timely manner. I firmly believe it is as much the responsibility of the tenant as it is the Office Staff to provide a safe and pleasant environment. The only improvement I would like to see is quicker, more thorough snow removal. Parking was a challenge during the winter snows. I would recommend Edgewater as a place to call home.

I'd tell them that I have been here for 4 years and really love it! No major complaints from me. I just wish we could get recycling for the apartments. I hate seeing all the waste around here.
